Office hours: 7:30 AM — 5:30 PM, Central, Monday thru Friday, 7:30 AM — 12:00 PM, Central, Saturday. They are available by phone outside of office hours, but will not have access to the computer for detailed client information, etc.
They do not have a web site, but if you call them they can mail you out a flier of products and prices. They can also send you reduce quanities of lots of things. And they can mix up special combos (like the stuff that Heartguard is made out of) for you.
You can also get a prescription from your vet for meds and they will fill it if you'd like.
Available Test and Ages For OFA Certification

Patellas: Can be tested and certified with OFA as early as 1 year.
Cardiac: Can be done and certified as early as 1 year.
Hip/Elbow: X-ray prelims can be done before 24 months, but must be 24 months to be certified.
LCP: Can be done at 1 year. You can do this when you do your Hip x-rays, but it is a separate form. It can be sent in with x-rays for Hip Dysplasia.
BAER: Puppies as young as 6 weeks of age can be successfully tested IF they can remain still long enough for an unadulterated reading (they cannot be held and tested at the same time).
CERF: Can be done at any age, but suppose to be repeated every year.
Penn-HIP: Can be done as early as 16 weeks, but most vets prefer that you wait until one year. OFA is the same for Hips (as a prelim) you can x-ray a pup at 16 weeks, certification at 24 months.
Regimen Of Testing & Re-certification Recommended by Some Breeders
CERF: Yearly re-certification
Hips/Elbows: Are one time if done after 24 months of age and certified.
Patellas: Yearly re-certification or before breeding.
Cardiac: Murmurs can develop, so every two - three years while a dog is in their breeding years.
